Unsatisfied with the results even after 2 years of constant improvements in the spaces and services it provide, the spa director, Leon Cross birthed a new vision of opening a new branch in tourist rich neighbourhood, Nagoya Hill.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n

The plan was simple. To attract walk-in customers as well as continue serving his loyal customers. About 70% of the neighbouring shops are occupied by spas. The challenge was obvious.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div>\n

We did an inside out brand audit and assisted the spa owner in positioning the brand, crafted a brand identity redesign and strategy.<\/p>\n

They were respected as a market leader in Family Friendly Spa and the first spa to have a secret indoor playground. It now enjoys the image of exceptional quality and attracting new loyal customers.<\/p>\n
