INTEGRATED BRANDING
How to be different in
a saturated market?
Unsatisfied with the results even after 2 years of constant improvements in the spaces and services it provide, the spa director, Leon Cross birthed a new vision of opening a new branch in tourist rich neighbourhood, Nagoya Hill.
The plan was simple. To attract walk-in customers as well as continue serving his loyal customers. About 70% of the neighbouring shops are occupied by spas. The challenge was obvious.
Great innovation only happens when people aren’t afraid to do things differently.
We did an inside out brand audit and assisted the spa owner in positioning the brand, crafted a brand identity redesign and strategy.
Integrated the brand experience from visual to spatial. Designed the customer journey experience from the moment they make the booking. (Try it for yourself here!)
They were respected as a market leader in Family Friendly Spa and the first spa to have a secret indoor playground. It now enjoys the image of exceptional quality and attracting new loyal customers.
The staff are also proud to be associated with what the brand stands for and thus strive to uphold it.
Since the launch of the new brand, it had been the talk of the town throughout the whole of Batam.
