How to let your brand
shine from within?
Breaking the inertia of change after seven years of success required a huge dose of effort and boldness. That’s what Executive Director and Founder, Peter Yang and his team are not lack of. The previous identity has served them well,
however is soon found to be lacking relevance in the vision that Peter has for his team. Our mission was to identify the components of the brand identity that had worked well before and what needed improvement.
Without leaps of imagination or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all is a form of planning.
A total revamp of the identity system was not what we planned for when we started the project. But as we go deeper in our understanding of the Director, Peter Yang’s vision, it seemed like a necessary step that required sensitivity to the stakeholders vision and intricacies in managing the transformation.
Together with the enterprising EMPACT team we nailed an accurate visual representation of the growth that EMPACT has had over the years. It was unexpected and bold move forward.
Some had even commented that it now looks more like EMPACT and that it has a subtle resemblance to the founder’s spirit.
The new brand identity and strategy encompasses their strengths, boldness and vision and continue to strive quietly to instil a sense of confidence in the stakeholders. More importantly, it helps to position them as thought leaders in their industry.
